One of the competitions I was involved in was a P3 project, Sheridan College in Mississauga, ON. I was assigned the visual graphics for the project.
Given a Revit model, most of the process was undergone in 3DS Max. The renderings were produced with V-Ray and then retouched in Photoshop. A final of 20 interior and exterior renderings, Illustrator plans and aerial views produced over a period of three weeks were included in the submission. Some of the shots can be seen below.
Each of the shots is adhering to the same concepts of the built space, such as the common student area, a typical corridor, the main atrium and the art gallery. Aside from the individual concept, all renderings are meant to cater to the same principles of lighting, materiality and texture, overall ambiance and consistency.
